摘  要:变截面旋转流体动压密封用于磨砺、高压、高频冲击及振动等密封环境,具有良好的密封性能。其油膜厚度是一个非常重要的参数,一方面油膜必须足够厚以保持橡胶圈和轴不直接接触,另一方面油膜厚度要尽量薄,确保密封不漏失。推导出油膜厚度计算公式,在应用有限元软件ANSYS求解橡胶圈接触压力和流体域速度的基础上,近似求解出油膜厚度。Variable cross-section rotating hydrodynamic seal has good sealing performance when it is mainly uaed in the conditions such as abrasives environment, high differential pressure, and high levels of shock and vibration. The oil film thickness ia a major pa- rameter. On one hand, oil film must be enough thick to keep there is no physical contact between rubber ring and shaft. On the other hand, film thickness must be thin to ensure seal no leakage. The formula of oil film thickness was deduced. Contact pressure of rub- ber ring and speed of the fluid domain were gotten by the software ANSYS. Then proximate oil film thickness was calculated by the for- mula.
