摘　　要：建立数控机床维修专家系统,必须构建准确高效的专家知识库。研究了数控机床维修领域中所涉及知识的特点,针对这些特点,阐述了所使用的知识表示法并举实例进行说明,并说明了这些知识表示法在数控机床故障预警和诊断系统中的应用。实际应用结果表明,这些方法可用来准确表达数控机床维修领域的知识。To establish CNC machine maintenance expert system, an accurate and efficient expert knowledge base must be built. The characteristics of the knowledge involved in the maintenance field of CNC machine tools were studied. Base on these characteris- tics, the used knowledge representation methods were summarized, and examples were described. The applications of knowledge rep- resentation methods in the CNC machine tool failure diagnosis system were described. Application results show that these methods can be used to accurately express knowledge in the field of CNC machine tool maintenance.
