摘 要:为使大型化工填料塔用二级槽式液体分布器的流体力学计算更简捷,进一步提高该分布器的均匀性和操作弹性,继等液位设计法之后又提出了一种工程上急需的新方法———非等液位设计法。设定槽式液体分布器一级槽开孔孔径为二级槽开孔孔径的2倍,孔流系数相等,应用小孔排液量公式,对二级槽作物料衡算,研究发现:当一级槽内液位高度与二级槽内液位高度的比为某一特定数值时,一级槽的开孔数与二级槽的开孔数也成一定比例。从而可由每个二级槽上的开孔数简捷地计算出一级槽相应分液盒上的开孔数、补孔数及补孔孔径。等液位设计法已成功应用多年,非等液位设计法则正在推广应用。In order to simplify the fluid mechanics calculation of two-stage trough liquid distributor in large-scale packing tower and further increase its operating uniformity and flexibility, a new design method named unequal liquid level method was put forward after equal liquid level method, which is widely known. Setting that the holes diameter of stage I trough was twice of the stage II trough and the orifice flow coefficients were equal, the mass balance of stage II trough was done by using the hydraulic formula for the liquid rate through small holes. It shows that the number of holes on stage I trough is proportional to that of stage H when the ratio of liquid levels in stage I trough and stage II trough is a specific value. Then the number, complement number and diameters of holes on stage I trough can be got through the number of holes on each stage H trough. The equal liquid level method for trough liquid distributor design is applied for many years and the unequal liquid level method is being developed and applied.
