摘　　要：采用立式三轴数控加工中心和简单通用夹具,通过换面装夹,定位基准换算,加工完成多曲面车模,曲面之间圆滑过渡,达到设计要求。该方法生产成本低,加工可靠,适用于中小企业。A model car with multi-surface was machined by the vertical 3-axis CNC employing a set of universal fix- ture. The corner between free form surfaces is smooth and beautiful by the method of altering the clamping position and translating reference datum. The process has advantages with lower cost and technical reliability, which is usable for small or middle-class manufacturing shops.
