摘　　要：叙述了车用厚膜混合电路生产工艺的开发与试制过程,确定了车用厚膜混合电路的生产工艺,在生产过程中优化了各个工序的加工顺序,实现了在厚膜电路中的交叉布线。This paper describes the development and manufacturing process of the production technology for the car-used thick film hybrid integrated circuit, determines the thick film hybrid integrated circuit production technology, and in the production process, it optimizes the operation sequences, realizes cross wiring technology in the thick-film circuit.
