摘 要:目的探讨护理场景服务剧本培训对患者输液满意度的影响。方法将随机抽取的6个科室住院输液患者800例随机分为观察组和对照组各400例,对照组采用常规输液法输液;观察组采用护理场景服务剧本方法进行输液,即科室撰写输液场景服务剧本并组织护士学习实施。结果观察组患者输液满意度得分(4.45±0.48)分,对照组(3.96±0.47)分,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论护理场景服务剧本对提高患者输液满意度具有重要作用。Objective To explore the influence of nursing scenario-based simulation training on infusion satisfaction of patient.Methods We randomly selected 800 patients from 6 departments and randomized them into an observation group and a control group, with 400 cases in each group. The control group received routine intravenous infusion service. For the observation group, we first organized the above 6 mentioned departments to write infusion service scripts, and then scenario-based simulation training was provided for nurses before they delivered infusion service to patients. Results Patient infusion satisfaction scored 4.45 ± 0. 48 points in the observation group, versus 3.96±0.47 points in the control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P〈0.01). Conclusion Nursing scenario-based simulation training has an important role in improving infusion satisfaction of pa- tient.
