摘　　要：目的探讨经络弹力袜预防妇科盆腔术后下肢深静脉血栓形成(LEDVT)的效果。方法将100例妇科盆腔术后患者进行LEDVT危险因素评分后随机分为对照组和观察组各50例。对照组予以常规护理;观察组在此基础上术后即穿自制经络弹力袜并结合下肢功能锻炼,包括踝旋转运动、股四头肌等张收缩、直腿抬高运动、屈膝运动等。结果观察组发生下肢胀痛感1例、对照组7例,且对照组有1例出现下肢感觉迟钝;两组干预后LEDVT总发生率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论经络弹力袜能有效预防妇科盆腔术后发生LEDVT,具有安全有效、操作简单等优点。Objective To explore the effect of wearing homemade elastic stockings which massage the channels and collaterals system on deep venous thrombosis （DVT） in the lower extremities after gynecologic surgery. Methods A total of 100 patients after pelvic surgery were assessed for DVT risk in the lower extremities before they were equally randomized into a control group and an obser-vation group. The control group received routine nursing care, while the observation group were additionally asked to wear home-made elastic stockings which massaged the channels and collaterals system, and to do such rehab training of the lower extremities as ankle rotation, femoral head muscle isotonic contraction, leg raising, and knee flexion, etc. Results One case in the observation group and 7 cases in the control group complained of swelling pain in the lower limbs, and 1 cases in the control group felt numb in the lower limbs. The rates of DVT in the lower extremities had significant difference between the 2 groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Wearing elastic stockings which massage the channels and collaterals system helps prevent DVT in the lower extremities after gyne-cologic surgery. They are safe and effective, and easy to use.
