连铸碱性中间包覆盖剂的实验室研究

摘　　要：本文介绍了包钢连铸中间包覆盖剂配方的设计思路及设计原则，并对所设计的磁性中间包覆盖剂的各种物化性能，测试方法作了介绍，表明这种磁性覆盖剂保温性能好，同时具有较强的防止钢液二次氧化及吸收Ａｌ２Ｏ３等非金属夹杂的能力，对中间包内衬及长水口侵蚀也较小。The designing thinking and principle of the basic tundish covering agent in the continuous casting of the company is introduced. The physical and chemical properties of the agent and testing method are also described. It is shown that the agent possesses excellent thermal properly, strong capability of anti secondary oxidation of the molten steel and absorption of non -metal-lic inclusion, such as Al2O3. The agent has a slight erosion effect to the tundish lining and the long nozzle.
