中药熏洗配合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中药熏洗配合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例膝骨关节炎患者,按照就诊日期的单双号随机分为2组,各45例,治疗组采用骨科外洗二方(本院协议方)熏洗配合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠;对照组单纯给予膝关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠,临床观察并比较各组治疗5周后膝关节功能HSS评分表,对其疗效及机理进行深入探讨。结果:治疗5周后将治疗组与对照组行Ridit分析,两组间评分差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对比组。结论:中药熏洗配合关节腔内注射玻璃酸钠治疗膝骨关节炎效果良好,起效快,疗效持续时间长,对快速改善患者疼痛症状和缩短疗程有非常积极的意义,并可避免晚期膝骨关节炎的发生,甚至可避免行人工关节置换术等,提高了患者的生活质量。Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with herbal fumigation and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate. Methods： 90 patients with knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into 2 groups,45 cases for each,with the Treatment Group treated with herbal fumigation and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate and the Control Group treated with the injection of sodium hyaluronate. Clinically observed and compared the HSS evaluation form on knee function after 5 weeks ,by deep probe of its efficacy and mechanism. Results： There was statistical significance of the score difference between the two groups. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group. Conclusion：The treatment of knee osteoarthritis with herbal fumigation and intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate had good effect, rapid onset and long duration of efficacy, with a very positive sense of the rapid improvement of patients＇ pain and shortening the course of treatment, which could avoid the occurrence of late knee arthritis and prosthetic replacement for joint, improving the quality of patients＇ lives.
