摘  要:对邢钢高炉渣粘度、脱硫能力、熔化温度进行了实验测定和分析研究。研究结果表明 :该渣是比较难熔且热稳定性不良的短渣 ,高温下流动性好但脱硫能力一般 ,配合系列人工合成渣样实验研究 ,初步预报了邢钢高炉渣适宜的成分范围。Synopsis Laboratory measurements and analysis have been made on the viscosity, desulphurizing ability and melting temperature of the BF slag in Xingtai Iron & Steel Corp. Results indicate that the slag identified as the short slag is more difficult to melt down and incomplete of thermal stability. Although its desulphurizing ability is not too desirable, yet it shows excellent flowability under high temperature condition. In combination of the laboratory study on the synthetic slag series proper chemical compositions of the BF slag in Xingtai Iron & Steel Corp. have been determined.
