摘　　要：目的分析退药原因,加强药品管理,指导临床合理用药。方法根据医院2012年上半年退药单,按照退药金额、退药类别、退药原因进行统计,并对退药原因进行分析。结果各科室均有退药;退药品种以抗生素和中药制剂最多;退药原因主要为遗嘱停药、药品不良反应等。结论根据退药原因,制定相应制度与流程,保证医院用药安全。Objective Analysis drug withdrawal reason,strengthen the drug management and guide clinical rational drug use.Methods According to our refund medicine list in the first half of 2012,statistics drug withdrawal amount,category,reasons,,and analysis drug withdrawal reason.Results Each department were drug withdrawal;The main category of withdrawal drugs was antibiotics and chinese native medicine preparation;Main reasons for drug withdrawal were medicai advice,adverse reaction,etc.Conclusion According to the Drug Withdrawal reason,formulate relevant policies and procedures for the safety of drug use.
