温州市失能老人生活满意度及相关影响因素调查

摘　　要：目的:分析失能老人生活满意度的影响因素,探讨提高其生活满意度的有效途径。方法:应用生活满意度视觉模拟评分法、欧洲五维健康量表(EQ-5D)对温州市483名失能老人进行问卷调查。结果:不同居住区域、婚姻状况、经济状况、患病状况和医疗保障的失能老年人生活满意度得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。行动、经济状况、就医状况和患病状况是影响失能老人生活满意度的重要因素。结论:影响失能老人生活满意度的因素是多方面的,政府相关部门要充分考虑这些因素并制定和完善相关养老、医疗保险政策;社区和家庭要协作,营造和谐的养老环境;失能老人自身要增强生活信心,从而提高其生活满意度。Objective： To investigate the life satisfaction of disabled elders and influencing factors. Methods： A total of 483 disabled elders were investigated by using Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） and European five-dimensional health scale （EQ-SD）. Results： There were statistical differences between different living area, marital status, financial situation, sick status and medical security （ P 〈 0.05）.It showed that action, financial situation, sick status are the main factors of disabled elders＇s life satisfaction （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Many factors show influence on life satisfaction of disabled elders. These factors should be taken into great consideration when government makes strategies, in order to improve the life satisfaction of disabled elders.
