云南少数民族地区经济发展失衡的原因与对策

摘　　要：通过人均GDP、人均财政收入、第三产业占GDP的比重、规模以上企业工业总产值占GDP的比重、进出口总额占GDP的比重、城镇居民人均可支配收入、农民人均纯收入、城市化水平、在校中学生人数9个指标绘制出18个图表,分析云南少数民族地区的经济发展失衡情况,总结失衡的表现形式与特点,探讨失衡的原因,然后通过政府进一步强化措施、完善政策、分类指导,以加快云南乃至西部少数民族地区的发展。This paper used 9 indicators including the per capita GDP, financial income per capita, the proportion of GDP of the third industry, the proportion of GDP of over the scale enterprise gross industrial output value, total import and export volume in GDP, urban per capita disposable in- come ,per capita net income of farmers,the urbanization level and middle school students in school number to draw out 18 chart to make analysis of Yunnan minority areas of imbalances in economic development, to sum up the imbalance of the form and characteristics, to probe the cause of the im- balance, and to suit the remedy to the case, finally strengthened the measures through the government to perfect the policy, to made a classified guid- ance, and then to accelerate the development of Yunnan even the west minority nationality regions.
