摘  要:论文分析了蓄电池内阻的组成及测量方法,根据其特点采用交流注入法在线测量蓄电池内阻,说明了其工作原理。运用锁相放大法对蓄电池内阻进行测量,选用以TI公司的DSP芯片TMS320F2812为控制核心,设计了由锁相放大器、滤波、差分放大以及AD630平衡调制解调器等单元构成的蓄电池内阻检测系统,此系统易于和计算机相连,形成一个自动的检测网络。还能有效地抑制了噪声和干扰,并简化了设计。This essay analyzes the composition of storage battery in ternal resistance and its measurement. According to its eharacteris tics, this essay mainly takes a view of AC inserting for storage battery on line measurement, illustrating its working principle. In order to measure the internal resistance of storage battery, this essay tells about phase locking amplification method, with TMS320F2812 as its con trolling core, as well as designing storage battery internal resistance detecting system, which is composed by lock-in amplifier, filtering, dif- ferential amplifier and AD630 balanced modulation etc. The system is easy to be connected to PC, forming an automatic detection nawork. And it is able to restrain noise and interference, simplifying designing steps at the same time.
