摘　　要：针对前片汗布、后片提花的涤盖涤针织圆筒面料的自然扭斜问题,对编织工艺、纱线配置、染整工艺进行了改进研究。结果表明:利用纱线的捻向来纠正面料的自然扭斜,可以有效解决成衣左右不对称的问题。改进后的提花纯涤圆筒面料做成的运动休闲系列无缝连接服饰具有良好的吸湿速干性、弹性、透气性,且风格奇特、适用性强。In view of common spirality problem of the pure polyester tubular fabric with single jersey face and jacquard back, the paper studies the technological improvement of the knitting process, dyeing and finishing pro- cess. The results show that using yarn twist direction to control the spirality can effectively solve the problem of left-to-right asymmetry of the ready-made garment. The tubular fabric knitted by the improved technology is more suitable for producing seamless sportswear and casual clothes with properties of good moisture absorption and fast- drying, good elasticity, air permeability, and unique style, which bears a wide application.
