摘 要:介绍了筒状成形编织与衣片成形、织可穿技术相比的优势:节省缝合成本、提高生产效率;技术难度小,易于掌握;对电脑横机的要求不高等。探讨了在电脑横机上进行筒状成形编织时的收针、放针、拷针方法和开口部位的编织方法,给出了相应的编织工艺图和线圈图。指出:在电脑横机上进行筒状成形产品编织时的收针、放针、拷针必须考虑到前后衣片同时编织的特点以及机头的编织方向,筒状成形织物开口部位的编织要考虑导纱器的配置、机头的走向和前后针床线圈的编织顺序。The paper introduces the advantages of tubular-shaped knitting, comparing with piece knitting and fully-fashioned knitting; it saves more sewing cost and increases more production efficiency than fully-fashioned knitting; the technique is also less difficult and easier to control; it shows less requirements on computerized flat- knitting machines. The paper discusses in detail tile knitting method of narrowing, widening, press-off, and open- end area in knitting tuhula^shaped products on computerized flat-knitting machines, and proposes the related knit- ting diagram and loop structure, it also indicates that the narrowing, widening and press-off must take into account the characteristics of simuhaneously knitting tYont and back pieces and the knitting direction of cam-carriage, while processing tubular-shaped knitting on computerized flat-knitting machines. Knitting the open-end area of tubular- shaped fabric has to consider the arrangement of yard guides, the moving direction of cam-carriage, and the knit- ting sequence of front and back needle bed.
