夜光纤维及纱线的性能研究与面料开发

摘　　要：研究了夜光纤维的横截面和纵向形态结构、红外光谱图、单纤维强力、夜光性能等基本性能,并对夜光纤维纱线的单纱强力、毛羽、含湿量、耐热性能、耐酸碱性能进行了测试;同时以16.7 tex的夜光纤维纯纺纱为原料进行了针织面料的开发,最后对该面料进行夜光性能的测试。结果表明:用该夜光纤维开发的针织面料具有良好的夜光性能、面料厚实挺阔,可用于针织时装内衣及毛衫的开发。This article studies the luminescent fiber＇s basic properties such as fiber cross section longitudinal form structure infrareed spectra,strength and luminesent performance.It the 16.7 rex luminescent yarn to the fabric and test the fabric＇s luminous performance.All these results show that the luminescent fiber knitted fabric has good luminescent performance ,the fabric is thick and boroad ,and can be used for developing the knitted garment and underwear.
