生物酶在纺织品染整加工中的应用

摘　　要：生物酶染整加工是一种生态友好型加工技术。文中介绍了纺织品染整加工用生物酶的种类及其染整加工特点,指出生物酶染整加工具有高效性、专一性、作用条件温和以及加工过程清洁环保等特点。详细阐述了生物酶在退浆、精练、漂白、染色后的浮色去除、水洗、抛光、柔软等染整加工中的应用,指出为了进一步缩短工艺流程、降低生产成本,生物酶处理与其他生产工序结合的生物酶联合处理工艺是未来酶染整技术的一个发展方向。Dyeing and finishing with bio-enzyme is an eco-friendly process technology. The varieties and apply- ing characteristics of bio-euzymes used in dyeing and finishing of textile were introduced, it is known that dyeing and finishing processes with bio-enzyme is high efficiency, selectivity, mild condition and clean. The application of bio-enzymes in processes alone such as desizing, scouring, bleaching, removing the floating color after dyeing, washing, polishing and softening were described. It is indicated that the process of combining bio-enzymes treat- ment with other production processes is one development direction for the bio-enzyme application in dyeing and fin- ishing in order to shorten the process and lower the production cost.
