摘 要:介绍了涤棉混纺针织物一浴一步法染色加工工艺,并与传统两浴两步法工艺进行了对比。指出在前处理中,可以使用煮练生物酶VC进行生物酶低温(55℃)煮练,以减少加工时间、能耗和污染;合理选用中性活性染料和分散染料可以实现涤、棉的同浴染色;最后在染色机内对织物进行柔软处理,并在定形机上进行硅油处理,定形温度170~175℃,就可以加工出与传统两浴两步染色法所得织物色牢度相仿的涤棉混纺针织物。对于加工1 t涤棉针织物而言,一浴一步法染色工艺与传统两浴两步法染色工艺相比,可缩短工时约4 h,节约电240 kW.h、水40 t、蒸汽1 m3,降低总成本454元。The one-bath one-step dyeing and finishing process of polyester-cotton blended knitting fabric was introduced, compared that with the traditional two-bath two-step dyeing and finishing process. It is found that in the pretreatment of the one-bath one-step dyeing and finishing process, scouring bio-enzyme VC can be used to reduce the treating time, lessen the energy consumption and pollution. Cotton and polyester can be dyed in one bath as long as choosing the proper neutral reactive dyes and the proper neutral disperse dyes, then conduct the soft finishing on dyeing machine and the silicon oil processing on the setting machine under 170-175 ~C. The re- suits show that the color fastness of the fabric dyed by one-bath one-step method is similar with that of the fabric dyed by two-bath two-step method. For one ton polyester-cotton blended knitting fabric, if use the one-bath one- step method, the treating time can be reduced by 4 hours, 240 kW.h of electricity can be saved, 40 tons of water can be reduced, the steam can be decreased by one cubic meter, the whole cost can be decreased by RMB 454.
