摘　　要：目的探讨闭合复位经皮股骨近端解剖锁定板治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折的疗效。方法应用闭合复位经皮股骨近端解剖型锁定板治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折40例,对40例进行随访。结果本组手术时间30～70min,平均44min;手术中失血量为70～350mL,平均110mL;按Harris评分标准:优29例,良9例,可2例,优良率95.0%。患者均未出现严重并发症,均痊愈出院。结论采用闭合复合经皮股骨近端解剖型锁定板治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折操作简单,手术时间短,固定牢靠,患者可很快下床活动,是治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折理想的治疗方法。Objective To investigate the efficacy of proximal anatomy of closed reduction and percutaneous femoral locking plate in old intertrochanteric fracture. Methods 40 cases with intertrochanteric fracture were followed up, who were treated with closed reduction and percutaneous femoral locking plate. Results The surgery time was 30 to 70 min and the average was 44 min. In the operation, blood loss was 70-350 mL and the average was 110 mL. The 40 cases with intertrochanteric fractures had no serious complications, and were all discharged with good results. Conclusion This operation is simple, short time, safe and fast. It is an ideal treatment to cure the intertrochanteric fracture.
