摘  要:通过铁水和孕育剂成分的合理设计得到了一种可锻铸铁,对其石墨化退火工艺进行了优化,并进行了金相分析和SEM分析。结果表明,铁水主要成分为2.2%C、2.4%Si并经孕育处理的铸铁,经900℃×6 h+720℃×12 h石墨化退火后,得到了石墨形态优良的可锻铸铁,退火周期比传统工艺明显缩短。A malleable iron was produced under the condition of rational design ot chemical composmons of molten iron and inoculant, and its graphitizing annealing process was optimized. Subsequently, the malleable iron was metallogically and SEM examined. The results show that the cast iron produced by molten iron containing 2.2% C, 2.4% Si and inoculated and subsequently graphitized by heating at 900 ℃ for 6 h and 720 % for 12 h will become a malleable iron with good form of graphite. The above graphitizing period has been appreciably shortened relative to the conventional graphitizing period.
