摘　　要：以当前煤矿井下广泛应用的隔爆型低压真空馈电开关流行配置的一种电磁操动机构低压交流真空断路器为例,对ZK2-500/1.14-9型断路器的结构、组成、工作原理进行了全面系统阐述。结合常见故障进行分析处理,并研发了专用维修工具,为准确判断故障类型,迅速排除故障现象,及时恢复井下安全供电提供了技术保障。Currently, the low voltage alternating vacuum circuit breaker of electromagnetic actuator is widely used in coal explosion-proof low voltage vacuum feed switch configuration. The structure, composition and working principle of ZK2-500/1. 14-9 breaker are introduced comprehensively. Analyzes the common faults and designs the special maintenance tools. It provides the technical support for judging fault types, quickly excluding fault phenomenon and recovering safe power supply.
