摘  要:针对大型暂冲型超声速风洞的特点,设计某超声速风洞测控系统。介绍该系统的总体设计、各子系统关键技术,如总压串级控制、迎角机构冗余控制、OPC等技术的应用和相关技术指标,分析风洞运行的控制方式,给出第一期流场调试和标模试验结果。试验结果表明:该系统能实现控制节点分散,指挥调度集中、信号测量采集精准的设计要求,具有较高的自动化程度和拓展能力,利于国内自主开发。Aiming at the characteristics of large-scale intermittent type supersonic wind tunnel, designs measure and control system for the certain type supersonic wind tunnel. Introduces the general design of the system, key technical applying as general cascade pressure control, redundancy control of attack angle equipment, OPC, etc. and relate technical targets of subsystems, analyzes control mode of the wind tunnel running, gives results of the first term flow field calibration test and standard model test. The results show that the system concentrate command and dispatch, accurate measurement exoending ability and is easy to be domestic develooment. can realize the design requirement of control dispersing node, of signal collecting. It also has high automation level andexpending ability and is easy to be domestic development.
