摘  要:为解决当前电网规划的协调统筹工作缺乏支撑平台的问题,结合电网规划系统省地一体化的应用要求和规划管理工作的实际特点,通过应用流程标准化技术和工作流技术,设计并系统构建了基于一体化工作流的电网规划管理信息系统,实现了规划任务管理等规划业务的一体化管理。实际应用表明,应用工作流技术能够将各项管理工作有机地串联起来,并从设计层面确保规划系统对规划业务管理工作变换的适应能力,增强系统的可维护性和扩展性。In order to solve the problem that current coordination work of power grid planning lacks the supporting platform, an integrated workflow based power grid planning management information system (PMIS) is designed and developed in this paper, through applying the process standardization technology and the work flow technology. The system can satisfy the province and region integrated application of PMIS and the actual characteristic of planning man- agement tasks. By introducing workflow technology into planning business management, this system realizes the inte- grated management of planning business. Practical application in Guangdong Power Grid Cooperation shows that each management job can be organically series up by applying workflow technology, which ensures the adaptability of PMIS for process changing of planning management tasks from the design level, as well as enhances the maintainability and expansibility of PMIS.
