摘 要:为解决含风力发电配电网故障时的孤岛划分问题,实行离线制定重要负荷备选供电路径与在线搜索孤岛相结合的孤岛划分策略。在备选供电路径时考虑储能电池以确保形成孤岛时对重要负荷持续稳定地供电;在线搜索时则结合备选路径与风机实时出力情况,搜索形成的孤岛能够满足功率约束并最大程度保证负荷供电,减少停电损失。搜索模型求解中利用易于编程的生成最小树算法,最后通过美国PG&E69节点系统进行分析,结果证明该方法可行有效。To deal with the islanding problem of distribution network which contains wind turbine generation, the method which establishes ahernative paths offline combing with online islanding search is proposed.The battery energy storage system is considered in the intentional islanding scheme, which can guarantee the persistence of power supply to significant load. Combined with optional path and real-time output situation of the air blower, online islanding search can satisfy the power constraint and guarantee load power supply, reducing the loss of power. Solving the model of search makes use of the easily programmed minimum spanning tree, and effectiveness of the proposed method is val- idated by studying the PG&E69-bus test system at last.
