摘　　要：中国现阶段有组织犯罪受到历史和现实的综合影响,其发展趋势呈现出极具中国特色和时代特征的特点。由中国现阶段社会二元化结构和现实经济社会发展水平所决定,中国现阶段有组织犯罪的发展快速而多变,越来越多地趋向跨越式、"起飞"式以及向主流社会回归的趋势。Affected by combined influences of history and reality,present organized crime in China is developing with the tendency full of characteristics of China and the times.Decided by dual structure of Chinese present society and present economic and social developing level,present organized crime in China is developing swiftly and varied,which more and more tends to be leap-typed,be ＂taking-off＂-typed and return to mainstream of society.
