摘　　要：设计实现了一种基于U盘的实时固定电话录音系统,采用MELP压缩算法和实时语音存储技术,可以超长时间存储语音信息,一个64G的U盘能够存储数年的通话录音。本系统体积小、功耗低,可以安装在任何场所,可广泛应用于电话监控领域。In the paper, a real-time telephone recording system based on USB flash disk storage was designed. It adopted MELP compressed algorithm and real-time voice storage technology. It is able to record speech information for an ultra-long time. For example, a 64 GB USB flash drive can store call recording data for several years. The system with small size and low power consumption can be installed in any place, and can be widely used in the field of telephone surveillance.
