摘  要:为得到不同功率的脉冲激光信号,设计了一款输出功率数字可调的激光脉冲驱动电源。基于电容放电式结构,设计电流脉冲产生电路,得到了高功率窄脉宽的电流脉冲;利用STM32F103ZET6型号ARM处理器设计了主控单元,实现了对输出功率的自动调整。完成了系统硬件设计与软件开发,对系统性能进行了综合测试。实际测试结果表明,在ARM控制下系统能够利用外部按键对电路输出脉冲的幅值进行调节,得到不同幅值的电流脉冲。To get pulse laser signal with different power, a numerical control pulse laser driver circuit is designed. Based on the theory of capacitance discharge, a pulse current circuit is designed to get current pulse with high power and narrow width. ARM processor of STM32F103ZET6 model is taken as the core to design the master control system which can control tile output power. The hardware was designed and the software was developed and at the same time, the performance of the system was tested. The test results show that under the control of the ARM, the system can adjust the output power with the external button and get a variable power pulse current.
