江苏省高新技术产业竞争力分析——基于偏离-份额分析法

摘　　要：文章运用偏离-份额传统模型、空间模型以及扩展模型,对2004—2009年江苏高新技术产业从总体竞争力、由毗邻地区影响带来的竞争力、自身实际竞争力三个方面综合评价。结果表明,江苏地区高新技术产业发展速度高于邻近地区的增长速度,江苏高新技术产业竞争力处于优势地位;邻近地区高新技术产业快速发展对江苏高新技术产业的发展有积极的影响,有助于江苏高新技术产业竞争力的提高。This paper,using shift-share model,space model and extended model and based on the data of 2004-2009,makes a comprehensive evaluation of the high-tech industries of Jiangsu Province from three aspects： the overall competitiveness,competitiveness brought by the adjacent areas,and actual competitiveness.The result of the evaluation shows that the Jiangsu high-tech industry growth rate is faster than that of the adjacent areas,that its high-tech industry has many advantages,that the rapid development of high-tech industries in adjacent areas influences positively the development and competitiveness of Jiangsu’s high-tech industry.
