国外公共旅游资源管理经验对我国风景名胜区的启示——以美国国家公园为例

摘　　要：国家公园是一种被实践验证的对平衡公共旅游资源保护和发展的成功模式。以美国国家公园为例,追溯了其发展历程及经营特点,并与我国风景名胜区管理做了比较,认为我国应在借鉴国家公园优秀经验的同时,进一步完善管理定位、立法和政策指令、景区与旅游开发及社区参与旅游等方面的内容。National parks have proved to a successful model that keeps balance between protection and development of public tourism resources.This paper,aiming to be of use to China’s public tourism resources management,after reviewing the development process and management styles of the United States’ national park system,and making a comparison between U.S.national park system and China’s tourist attractions,comes to the conclusion that China should make good use of the successful practices of the U.S.national park system,improve management,make corresponding laws and policies,give consideration to both tourism development and community involvement.
