报检员岗位能力素质需求情况调查与分析——基于长三角地区

摘　　要：通过对长三角城市群企业对报检员岗位能力素质需求进行调查,研究分析报检人才市场需求情况,对商贸类专业报检方向的专业建设提出建议:市场对报检员的学历层次并没有太高的要求,对该专业学历层次的定位没有必要贪高厌低;在专业建设中,要加强对相关资格证考试的培训,以帮助学生跨越应聘的资格门槛;注重强化实务操作训练,提升外语水平。The paper,based on investigation on enterprises’ professional requirements for entry-exit inspection and quarantine reporters in the cities of the Yangtze River Delta,analyses the market demands for the professionals,and puts forward some suggestions on the construction of the major in preparing the professionals.The investigation presents the conclusion that positions of entry-exit inspection and quarantine reporters do not lay priority on higher degrees but on work experience and professional certificates.Therefore,during the major construction,students should be trained strictly to obtain professional certificates,exposed to real-world setting and practice,and fluent in a foreign language.
