摘　　要：汉防己甲素具有消炎、镇痛、降压、抗矽肺、降低血糖和抗自由基损伤等多种药理作用,且在心血管、抗肝纤维化和抗肿瘤等方面具有良好的应用前景。本文综述汉防己甲素在免疫系统、心血管系统和消化系统等多种疾病治疗中的临床应用。Tetrandrine has effects of anti-inflammation, analgesia, decompression, anti-silicosis, hypoglycemic activity and counteracting free radical damage. It preserves a potential treatment for cardiovascular disease, cancer therapy and resisting hepatic fibrosis. This review summarizes the clinical application of tetrandrine for diseases of immune system, cardiovaschlar system and digestive system
