优质护理服务在优化重症医学科护理质量管理中的效果评价

摘　　要：目的：评价优质护理服务在优化重症医学科护理质量中的效果，为继续深入全面开展优质护理服务活动提供可靠依据。方法：分别对是否开展优质护理服务的2009年、2011年两年的临床护理质量各项指标进行分析整理统计和比较，将两组资料经t检验进行统计学处理。具有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结果：实施优质护理服务活动各项举措后各项护理指标明显提高，以满意度提高最为明显。结论；优质护理活动利国惠民，值得巩固深入、长促发展和全面铺开。Objective：To evaluate the effect of quality care what is used to optimizes Critical Care Medicine services, and to Provide reliable basis to thoroughly continue carring out comprehensive quality care activities. Method.. Analysis and sorting the Scores of Clinical quality of care indicators that Quality car carring out or not in two years. Two sets of data were analyzed by t--test,P^0.05 Statistically significant difference Results：The scores of quality care improved signifi cantly after the implementation of quality care activity,and satisfaction improvement is the best . Conclusion.. Quality care activities is good for people and the Country, and it is Worthy of consolidation, deep, long promoting development and Comprehensive Swing.
