摘  要:目的优选复方蛇黄洗液中蛇床子素和盐酸小檗碱的最佳提取工艺。方法以提取液中的蛇床子素和盐酸小檗碱为评价指标,采用正交试验考察乙醇浓度(A)、溶剂与药材的倍数(B)、超声时间(C)、提取次数(D)4个影响因素,并采用HPLC法进行测定。结果最佳提取工艺是乙醇超声提取法,采用16倍溶剂与药材的量,85%乙醇超声1.5h,提取3次。结论该工艺简单易行,重现性好,含量测定方法可靠,回收率高。OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process for osthole and berberine hydrochloride in com- pound Shehuang lotion. METHODS The orthogonal design was used to investigate four factors including the concentration of ethanol (A), the ratio between solvent and material (B), ultrasonic time (C) and extraction times. Osthole and berberine hydrochloride as evaluation index in lotion were determined by HPLC. RESULTS The optimum extraction conditions were as followed: 16 times between solvent and material, 85% ethanol ultra- sonic for 1.5 hours, extract 3 times. CONCLUSION This method is simple and reproducible, the quantity deter- mination method is reliable with high recovery rate.
