云南新烟区与老烟区烤烟物理特性比较研究

摘　　要：以云南4个新烟区(普洱、临沧、文山、保山)和5个老烟区(昆明、玉溪、红河、大理、曲靖)的270份烤烟样品为试验材料,对样品的13种物理特性指标进行了多重比较和聚类分析。结果表明:新烟区、老烟区烟叶在形态特性指标、平衡含水率、填充值上的差异达到了显著水平,但在部分机械加工性能指标、叶片质量指标上的差异未达到显著水平;当卡方距离分别为1.26、1.89、1.61左右时,新老烟区上部叶、中部叶、下部叶的物理特性分别被分为4类。In order to compare the physical characteristics of flue -cured tobacco in new tobacco growing areas （Puer, Lin- cang, Wenshan, Baoshan） and old tobacco growing areas （Kunming, Yuxi, Honghe, Dali, Qujing） of Yunnan province, 270 flue -cured tobacco leaf samples were collected from these tobacco- growing areas, and 13 physical characteristics indexes of these samples were analyzed by using multiple comparison and clustering analysis. The results indicated that： between new areas and old areas, there were significant differences in morphological indexes, filling power and equilibrium moisture content of tobacco leaves （P 〈 0.05）, but there were no significant differences in some quality indexes and mechanical strength indexes of tobacco leaves. The physical characteristics of upper, middle and lower tobacco leaves in all tobacco - planting areas could be divided into 4 catego- ries when Chi -square distance was about 1.26, 1.89 and 1.61, respectively.
