摘　　要：台湾休闲农业受台湾省地方政府支持、农业行业协会健全、土地规划科学、组织体系完善等因素的影响,经过多年发展,已具有功能多样化的特征,经济、社会效益明显。本文在借鉴台湾休闲农业的实践经验的基础上,对大陆地区的休闲农业提出了加大政策支持力度,提供多方位服务;采取多元化开发模式,保障农民受益权;严格土地使用制度,实行农业集约经营;改善组织管理模式,创新营销策略等促进休闲农业规范而可持续发展的对策建议。Under the background of local government support, perfect agricultural organization, scientific land regulation, good organization system, the agro - tourism of Taiwan shows the characteristics of multi - function and obvious economic and social bene- fits after several years＇ development. On the basis of the practice and experience of leisure agriculture development in Taiwan, the following suggestions were put forward to promote the rural agro - tourism development in the mainland of China： to strengthen gov- ernment support and service; to adopt diversified developmental mode and ensure the beneficial right of the farmer; to strictly use the land and carry out intensive management of agriculture ; to improve organization and management methods and innovate marketing strategy and so on.
