摘　　要：综述了植物精油的应用现状,并详细介绍了精油提取过程中几种常见的方法及原理。In this paper, the author briefly illustrates the present situation of the application of plant essential oil. Focuses on the extraction techniques of plant essential oil, the principles of these methods have been discussed.
