摘  要:目的:合成N-苄基苦参酸姜黄素酯并优化其合成工艺。方法:以苦参碱为原料,通过水解开环,苄基化得到N-苄基苦参酸苄酯,继而水解得到N-苄基苦参酸,最后在脱水剂作用下与姜黄素缩合,得到目标物N-苄基苦参酸姜黄素单酯。结果与结论:设计合成了N-苄基苦参酸姜黄素酯,收率达51.3%,产物的化学结构经IR、MS、1H-NMR等表征。Objective: To synthesize curcumin N-Benzyl matrinate and optimize the technical process. Methods:Matrine was reacted with sodium hydroxide giving the hydrolytic ring-opening derivative matrinic acid, which was condensed benzyl chloride to yield N- Benzyl matrinate. The matrinate was hydrolyzed to give N- Benzyl matrinic acid, which was coupled with curcumin in the presence of edci/dmap to provide target compounds. Results and conclusions: The target compound was obtained. Its chemical structure was confirmed by MS, IR, and 1H-NMR spectra. The yield of curcumin N- Benzyl matrinate is 51.3%.
