摘　　要：文章从松辽流域发展节水灌溉的重要意义出发,阐述了流域节水灌溉技术的应用现状,分析了节水灌溉技术发展存在的主要问题,提出了对策建议。From the view of the important significance of developing water saving irrigation in Songliao river basin, the paper introduces the application status of water saving irrigation technique, analyzes the existed main problems in development of the technique and puts forward these countermeasures.
