摘　　要：近代上海公共租界电气事业发展相当迅速,其产权也几经变迁。作为公用事业的电气事业,无论是公有或是私营,都关乎市政、消费者和产业三方利益。上海公共租界电气事业从私有到公有,又从公有改成私营,其产权变迁体现了三方利益的博弈与协调,也反映近代上海特殊的租界体制对电气事业发展的影响。In modern Shanghai,the electric power enterprise of Public Concession developed rapidly.As a kind of public utility,its property right also had changed several times.The electric power enterprise either public or private was involved in municipal,consumer and industrial interests of three parties.The changes of property right of the electric power enterprise of Shanghai Public Concession,from private to public,then from public to private,reflect the interests of the three parties in the game and coordination,and the influence of the special concession system had on the development of the electric power enterprise in modern Shanghai.
