福建省中小企业信用担保业发展问题研究

摘　　要：中小企业信用担保发展对缓解中小企业信贷约束意义重大,基于2008-2010年数据,围绕着担保体系建设、担保机构实力、银行与担保机构之间的关系、风险防控等问题对福建省中小企业信用担保业发展情况进行归纳,对发展过程中存在的问题进行剖析,最后结合福建省的实际情况,提出促进中小企业信用担保业发展的对策。There is a great significance for releasing SMEs credit constraint＇to develop the credit guarantee. According to the data during between 2008 and 2010, development of the credit guarantee for SMEs in Fujlan Province was reviewed in terms of guarantee system construction, institution strength, relation between banks and institutions, and risk control. Meanwhile in view of the pmcti- cal conditions in Fujian Province, the problems are analyzed and the countermeasures are proposed for promotion.
