高等农林院校大学生“准村官”培养机制研究

摘　　要：通过阐明高等农林院校开展大学生"准村官"培养的现实意义,分析农林院校开展"准村官"培养过程中的独特优势,提出了构建大学生"准村官"培养机制的措施:(1)制定"准村官"人才培养目标;(2)设置具有层次性的"准村官"相关专业;(3)开设富有实用特色的"准村官"课程;(4)开展具有实战性的"准村官"挂职实践;(5)建设多元化的"准村官"培养教学团队。The realistic significance and unique advantages of brlnglng uP students asl quasi village officials in agrleuhural and forest- ry colleges are elalorated, and the measures to build the training meehfism proposed as follows. Set the for talents training as quasi village offieiMs. （2） Setup the disciplines with hierarchy for quasi Village officials. （3） Set up the practical ur- ses for quasi village officials. （4） i Implement the on,the-job practice as quasi village officials, （5） Build a diversified teaching staff to bring up the students as quasi village officials.
