农林高校毕业生心理调查与分析——以云南农业大学为例

摘　　要：为了解农林高校毕业生的心理状况,对云南农业大学毕业生进行抽样调研。调查内容涉及到毕业生就业心理状态、就业压力、就业观念等方面。研究表明,高校毕业生对就业普遍存在心理压力。根据调查结果提出了高校毕业生的就业环境需要社会各界的高度关注;高校要加强就业指导与心理帮扶;毕业生要加强自身各方面素质的提高等对策和建议。In order to understand the mental status of agricultural and forestry college graduates,it made a sampling survey of graduates of the Yunnan Agricultural University.The investigation involved mental state,employment pressure and ideas of graduates.It shows that college graduates have widespread psychological pressure,and it proposed that people in all field need concern the employment environments;college should strengthen employment guidance and psychological assistance;and graduates should improve their own quality.
