摘　　要：分析了国内外企业员工心理健康管理实施现状,阐述了石化企业引入员工心理健康管理模式的重要性和必要性,提出加强心理健康管理模式建设的建议。The status quo of psychological health management implementation of enterprises at home and abroad was analyzed and the importance and necessity of the petrochemical enterprise to introduce psychological health management model for employees was clarified and the suggestions for strengthening the construction of psychological health management model were proposed.
