摘　　要：分析了Qu120钢轨在使用过程中接头断裂的成因，结合现场实际介绍了钢轨手工电孤焊接方法、焊接材料、焊接工艺、实际操作体会，可供同类型的钢轨整体焊接借鉴。Analyze the reasons of the welded joint fracture of QU120 steel rail, present the manual arc welding method, welding material, welding procedure and praetieal experience for the reference of the similar steel rail welding.
