摘　　要：通过三代称量斗闸门机构优劣的分析，进行了闸门机构的局部改进，实现了闸门动作无卡阻和减少了闸门的磨损，为高炉连续自动上料提供了保证。Analyze the advantage and disadvantage of the three generation gate mechanisms of weighing hopper and carry out the improvement of the gate mechanism, as the result the gate operation is smooth and the gate abrasion is reduced to ensure the continuous, automatic charging of the blast furnace.
