摘　　要：在市管县背景下,县医院和地级城市医院在同一个地区发展,不可避免产生合作、竞争。要了解中国医院的生存、发展状态,数量最多、分布最广的县医院、地级城市医院是必须关注的重点。2011年地级城市医院与县级医院竞争力的对比分析显示,地级城市医院之间的竞争激烈程度超过县级医院,地级城市医院与县级医院在发展上各有其长处。In the background of counties affiliated to municipalities,hospitals at county level and hospitals at prefecture level developing in the same region inevitably cooperate and compete.In order to learn about the survival and development of hospitals in China,the largest number of and the most widely distributed hospitals at county level and those at prefecture level must be focused on.In 2011,the analysis on the competitiveness of hospitals at prefecture level and hospitals at county level shows that the competition among hospitals at prefecture level is more intense than that among hospitals at county level and they both have their own advantages in the development.
