摘　　要：通过引入福利性政府公共开支,建立一个连续时间随机经济增长模型,讨论了政府花费的波动及收入税率对经济的宏观影响,利用随机最优化方法,确定了均衡状态下的消费-财富比、期望经济增长率和关注福利的政府最优选择.This paper developed a continuous-time stochastic economic growth model with welfare government expenditure and discussed the macroeconomie effects of the fluctuation of government expenditure and income taxation on economy. By the method of stochastic optimization, the maeroeconomic equilibriums such as the rate of consumption-weahh and the rate of expected economic growth and the optimal welfare choice of government were derived.
