摘　　要：目的了解南宁市第二人民医院三种清洁切口手术围术期抗菌药物的应用情况与干预措施的实施效果。方法对该院2009-10、2010-04、2010-10和2011-06不同阶段三种清洁切口手术(乳腺、甲状腺、疝气)患者的用药情况进行调查分析。结果干预后药物选择、单次剂量、给药时机、给药途径、术中追加等方面无不合理用药现象,用药时间不合理的情况得到明显改善,但是无适应证用药的情况仍无明显改善。结论该院对围术期抗菌药物应用采取系列干预措施取得一定成效,为进一步促进合理用药提供了一个有效可行的模式。但离卫生部要求相差甚远,应加强监管。Objective To investigate the conditions of perioperative application of antibiotics in 3 kinds of clean incision operation and the effect of intervention measures in our hospital. Methods The conditions of drug uses in 3 kinds of clean incision operation （thyroidectomy, mastectomy or hemia orrhaphy） were investigated and analyzed in our hospital in Oct. 2009, Apr. 2010, Oct. 2010, Jun. 2011. Results After intervention measures, there was not unreasonable phenomenon in the drug selection, one dose, delivery opportunity, delivery road, intraoperative addi- tions ,and so on. There were remarkable improvements in the delivery time. However, there were no great improve- ments in medication of no indications. Conclusion A series of intervention measures are effective in the application of antibiotics in our hospital, and they provide an effective and feasible model for promoting rational use of drugs. But it is far away from the demand of Ministry of Health. It is necessary to strengthen the management of antibiotics application.
