中药外洗联合地奈德乳膏及维E尿囊素乳膏治疗婴儿湿疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药外洗联合地奈德乳膏及维E尿囊素乳膏治疗婴儿湿疹的临床疗效。方法将患者随机分为两组,治疗组(40例)采用中药外洗及外用地奈德乳膏、维E尿囊素乳膏,对照组(40例)单用地奈德乳膏。结果治疗组EASI评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗后EASI评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),但治疗组的降幅较大(P<0.01),治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。3个月后治疗组的复发率(12.5%)低于对照组(32.5%)(P<0.05)。结论中药外洗联合地奈德乳膏及维E尿囊素乳膏对婴儿湿疹的疗效满意,安全性高。] Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of infantile eczema treated by external washing of chi- nese medicine combined with Desonide cream and vitamin E allantoin cream. Methods The patients were randomly divided into two groups. The treatment group （ n = 40） were treated by external washing of Chinese medicine combined with Desonide cream and vitamin E allantoin cream;the control group by Desonide cream. Results The EASI scores in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Compared with the EASI scores before treatment EASI scores declined significantly after treatment in two groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The effective rate in treatment group was 85. 00%, that in the control group was 52. 50%, the difference was significant between two groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. The recurrence rate in the treatment group was 12. 5%, that in the placebo group was 32.5%, after three months, there was a significant difference between two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion External washing of Chinese medicine combined with Desonide cream and vitamin E allantoin cream in the treatment of infantile eczema has satisfactory curative effect and higher safety.
